Located under the historic Fish Market canopy is the innovative Box Market.

Complementing the Market Hall, the novel Box Market is made up of upgraded shipping containers. Taking inspiration from well-known markets in London, these containers offer visitors a contemporary and unique shopping space.

Here you can find a mix of independent shops selling a consortium of items and services from real ales and vintage accessories to pet supplies, mattresses and pillows, an eclectic mix of records for music enthusiasts, and a specialist coffee venue - a haven for all coffee enthusiast providing the perfect place for that morning cup, lunch break meet or afternoon brew.

To celebrate the success of Preston-born Nick Park, and the iconic duo he created, a bronze Wallace and Gromit Sculpture featuring the famous characters can be found standing pride of place outside the entrance to Market Hall.
